Dispute Process: After your audit is completed, and all inaccuracies and errors are identified, we send out (by mail) our powerfully worded dispute letters questioning the credit bureaus, creditors, and debt collectors about the accounts they are reporting and errors we have identified. We dispute in “rounds”. We dispute based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act Laws.The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) https://www.debt.org/credit/your-consumer-rights/fair-credit-reporting-act/ is a federal law that regulates credit reporting agencies and compels them to insure the information they gather and report is a fair and accurate summary of a consumer’s credit history.The law is intended to protect consumers from misinformation being used against them.

We challenge the bureaus to make sure accounts are in compliance and are reporting correctly. If not, the errors in question must be REMOVED.
